JOY is guided by Rebecca Perry Schefstrom, a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor and movement educator with 30 years of experience in movement, post‑rehab, and functional training. Her expertise shapes JOY’s programming and ensures a thoughtful, individualized experience for every client.

Weekly Schedule

Monday - Friday

7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday - Sunday

8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

All Reformer Pilates classes are 50 minutes.

Maximum 10 participants per class to ensure personalized guidance.
